Delhi Odia Nari Kalyan Samiti (DONKS), Delhis

I. Eligibility for Membership
* Membership is open to all individuals who support the mission and vision of Delhi Odia Nari Kalyan Samiti (DONKS).
* Either the individual or their spouse/legal guardian must be a native of Odisha.
* The individual must have completed 18 years of age as on 01st April, 2025..

II. Responsibilities of Members
* Registered members are expected to actively participate in all events, meetings, and activities organized by Delhi Odia Nari Kalyan Samiti from time to time.
* Registered members are encouraged to follow, like, and share all official social media pages, posts, and content of DONKS to promote community engagement.
* Registered members must accept and support collective decisions taken by the majority of DONKS members from time to time.

III. Code of Conduct
* Members must uphold a positive and respectful conduct that reflects well on Delhi Odia Nari Kalyan Samiti. Any behaviour that may cause a negative impact on DONKS will be considered a violation of the Code of Conduct.
* Discrimination, harassment (physical or mental), misconduct, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

IV. Confidentiality and Privacy Policy
* Personal information of registered members will remain strictly confidential and used exclusively for DONKS-related purposes. It will not be shared externally.
Members must maintain confidentiality regarding internal matters of DONKS. Decisions, discussions, financial information, Minutes of Meetings, statutory documents, and any internal communications must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.

V. Termination of Membership
* Any registered member may voluntarily withdraw from membership at any time by submitting a written request to the Executive Body of DONKS.
* The Executive Body of Delhi Odia Nari Kalyan Samiti reserves the right to terminate the membership of any individual at any time with proper notice, if deemed necessary.

VI. Refund Policy (For Membership Fees & Event Contributions)
* All membership fees, annual subscriptions, and event contributions made to Delhi Odia Nari Kalyan Samiti are non-refundable under normal circumstances.
* Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as:
- Duplicate payments made by mistake
- Technical errors during online transactions
- Cancellation of an event by DONKS after receiving member contributions
* Any approved refund will be processed only after verification by the DONKS Finance Committee.
* Refunds (if approved) will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–14 working days.
* The decision of the Executive Body regarding refunds shall be final and binding.
