A certified yoga instructor led the session, beginning with deep breathing exercises (Pranayama) such as Anulom Vilom, Kapalbhati, and Bhramari, encouraging participants to connect breath with awareness. This was followed by a series of warm-up movements, preparing everyone for the main asanas. Participants then performed foundational yoga postures including:

The graceful synchronisation of movements created a vibrant and peaceful atmosphere. Even first-time practitioners enjoyed the session, guided gently by instructors and senior members.
